Khareti Panchang has diuretic, aphrodisiac, stimulant demulcent, nervine, analgesic, rejuvenating, and tonic properties. It is used for emancipation and to balance the Doshas. Khareti Panchang is recommended to treat arthritis, rheumatism, cysts, boils, ulcers, tumours, and bleeding piles. It is also used as a natural aphrodisiac and can treat swelling of testicles. In Ayurveda, it is used to treat inflammation, hoarseness of voice, painful urination, paralysis, headaches, diarrhoea, gonorrhoea, etc.
