Can Yoga help to improve Subclinical Hypothyroidism?

The 36-year-old female patient with elevated TSH levels (9.39 IU/ml) and low normal T4 levels (12.57 pmol/L) was diagnosed as having primary subclinical hypothyroidism and advised to start replacement therapy. In a year of treatment, at ACYTER Yoga OPD, Pondicherry she was able to reduce her TSH level (2.66 mIU/L) and normalize her free T4 (8.98 pmol/L).
