During menopause, having foods with a cooling effect is considered good. You must eat foods that provide more estrogen, like soya milk, soy beans, and prunes. Consuming fresh fruits and vegetables helps eliminate toxins from the body. Start your day with apples, prunes,or figs, which are rich in iron and help control moods. Also consume green leafy vegetables like spinach, radish leaves, drumstick leaves (moringa), and collocasia leaves (patra).
