Is Yogic intervention beneficial for pain and quality of life?

The study aimed to investigate whether yogic therapy could improve pain scores and quality of life in women of reproductive age group with CPP, compared to conventional therapy. Sixty women with CPP ages 18-45 were randomly assigned to two groups. Group 1 received only traditional treatment, and Group 2 received both Yoga therapy and traditional treatment.
