The Pharmacological importance of Bellis perennis(Daisy)

According to published literature, Bellis Perennis (Common Daisy) is rich in saponins, triterpenes, anthocyanins, polyphenols, flavonoids, and polyacetylenes. It exerts various pharmacological activities, such as antimicrobial, neurologic, dermatological, cytotoxic, antioxidant, hypolipidemic, antihemorrhagic, hemolytic, and many others. Bellis perennis was reviewed as a potential medicinal plant with a wide range of pharmacological activities that could be used in several medical applications because of the plant's effectiveness and safety.
