Migraine patients were randomly given either conventional care or Yoga with conventional care. The yoga group received a Yoga practice session 5 days a week and traditional care. Clinical assessment and autonomic function tests were done at baseline and the end of the intervention. Improvement was found better with Yoga therapy. Yoga with conventional treatment reduced headache frequency and intensity more than the conventional care group alone.
