How do I consult @HB / What is the process for consultation?

Follow these steps for consulting a Doctor: ● Consult us - Visit www.healthybazar.com and Click on ""Consult Us"" on the menu bar. ● Choose to either consult by Specialist or Health concern. Consult by speciality - Choose a speciality from among the different science of medicines (Ayurveda, homoeopathy, Unani, Yoga & Naturopathy etc.) ● Consult by Health concern:- click on Health concern and you can choose according to your health concern ● Select Doctors/consultant: you can choose doctors based on speciality, experience or location Select the profile and click on Book now. ● Book consultant: Click on ""book now"" to select the date, time and mode of consultation (Audio, video or chat) update your details as required login and book your appointment and check your appointment details. ● Payment:- After clicking on continue to select your payment options Select from various payment methods credit/debit Net banking or UPI etc and place your order. ● Mail Notifications:-After Click on Place order you will get a mail notification on your signup mail and you can check your appointment details. ● Our relationship manager will get in touch with you to confirm & share call details ● Get consult:- Get Consult by are top doctors from all over India. wait on call for 3-5 mins. Till the consultant joins. You can rejoin in the stipulated 30 mins slot.

What are the modes of Consultation?

You can consult to the doctors in Audio, Video or Chat mode.

When should I consult doctors @HealthyBazar? / For which conditions can I consult @HB

If you are suffering with any of general, lifestyle, chronic or non-critical disease and you want to treat it from root cause through natural and holistic healing solutions of your disease, then you must take Ayurved/ Unani/ Homeopathic consultation or your preferred system of medicine under AYUSH. Our doctors having varied experience are available across different time slots according to their availability.

"What are the system requirements to consult online @HB?Paitents - Mobile App (Android ) iOS and Windows under development."

"System Requirements - HealthyBazar supports any computer/system that has an Internet connection webcam and a microphone. Our HealthyBazar app will work on Android platforms. The smartphone and tablet apps are under development. Internet Requirements - The service will work excellent on a minimum Internet speed of 256 Kbps. The quality of the video is directly dependent on the speed of the Internet. The booking can be done online on different browsers. Incase for any reason there is a drop in the bandwidth during the consultation, the call will downgrade into an Audio mode and the video will be enabled back as soon as the bandwidth is back to minimum requirement. Our servers and infrastructure are hosted in High bandwidth secure environment which can support 1000’s of users at the same time."" Technical Requirements - As a minimum requirement we need the TCP port 443 open in your firewall. For a better experience you can also get the UDP port 3478 opened and for the best experience you will need to get the UDP ports 1025 - 65535 opened. Please note that enabling UDP ports is not a mandatory requirement."

"I consulted with Dr. XYZ 5 days ago. Can I connect with him/her again for a follow up? Will the follow-up consultation be included in the same fee?"

Yes! you can take upto 2 FREE follow-up consultation within 15 days of your first consultation. In the event of rescheduling follow-up after 15 days, it will be considered as a new appointment which will be chargeable.

I exited the call mid-consultation by mistake. What do I do? What happens to my consultation?

You can re-join the meeting/chat vai the same "Join Now" link or contact to our customer care at support@healthybazar.com or +91-9119008008 within 24 hours to get your meeting rescheduled.

Lost internet connectivity mid chat. Can I continue the chat later?

You can restart your conversation with your doctor within the time slot allocated for your appointment (i.e. 20 mins slot). The chat history will be saved in your appointemnts list under "My Appointments". You can contact our customer service at support@healthybazar.com or +91-9119008008 within 24 hours for any technical issues & they will help you resolve the problem.

What happens if my computer shuts down or Internet connection stops working when the Payment is getting processed?

There could be 2 scenarios -(1) The payment got authorized by the bank but the communication of the same was not received by the Payment Gateway. In this case your account will get debited by the bank. The payment status will be Initiated/Failed/Dropped. We receive a confirmation from the bank later and then we initiate a refund for the payment to the customer's account. (2)The payment didn't get authorized by the bank. In this case your account will not be debited and we don't get any further updates from the banks. The payment status will be Failed.

The transaction failed but the amount got deducted from the bank account.

Banks usually take upto 3 business days to add money back to your account. Please wait for your bank to complete the reversal.

The transaction is processed/successful but the amount was not added to the recipient bank account

Wait for 3 business days, within which the bank should add the money to the recipient account or reverse the same to your account. If money is not added within 3 business days, please reach out to us.

What is your refund policy for online consultation?

If you cancel the appointment 2 hours before the appointment time, your money will be refunded by Healthybazar to the source of payment and after that you can reschedule your appointment.

Are the specialists available 24/7?

Our doctors are available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM for online consultation. For more details, you can visit our doctor's bio to see their available time slot and book your appointment accordingly.

What are the qualifications of the specialist?

We have multiple doctors in across fields of AYUSH including Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, Yoga&Naturopathy etc. and you can read about your doctor's specialisation, expertise and experience at HB app or website in the Doctor's Bio.

I missed my appointment. What should I do now?

In such cases kindly contact our customer care within 24 hours to reschedule your appointment.

What is privacy policy. Is my personal data secured with HB?

HealthyBazar is compliant with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines. Health records are kept totally secure in a HIPAA compliant AWS server and only shared between the doctor and the patient. There is nothing more important to us than keeping your data secure.

How I can get my Prescription?

Follow these two simple steps to Download your prescription: 1. Open the app and tap on ""My Profile"" 2. Go to ""My Appointments"" - there you will see the list of appointments Tap on the appointment for which you need the prescription Go to ""Prescription"" - Here, you will get an option to download your prescription

How I can I share my medical Reports with doctor?

Follow these three easy steps to upload your medical report: 1. Open the app and tap on ""My Profile"" 2. Go to ""My Appointments"" - there you will see the list of appointments Tap on the appointment - A new screen will appear 3. Click on ""Add medical records"", you will get an option to select files. Select your files and tap on upload. You can write about the medical reports in the description input (for example- Blood test, LFT, ECG test report etc.) & also write the date of the Test.

From where I can get my medicines?

You can visit to our site www.healthybazar.com to place order. As we are onboarding new medicines everyday, if you do not find a few medicine online, in that case kindly contact our customer service at support@healthybazar.com or +91-9119008008 they will help you with it.

What are the Modes of payment?

You can use any of these payment methods: Credit card (Visa/ Master/American Express/Maestro), Debit card, Paytm, Mobikwik, Freecharge, PayZapp, Net-banking or UPI.

How will I know about my follow ups ?

You will get emails, mobile app notifications or relationship manager's call for follow ups.
