We at Healthybazar ensure that your shopping experience is best each time, every time. We ensure that the exact ordered product reaches you with the best of quality and in time. However, due to some unforeseen conditions, there might be instances where the product delivered is either not the same product that you have ordered, or is damaged in transit. In such instances, Healthybazar guarantees an easy replacement/refund within just 5 DAYS. So, if you find that the product is defective, wrong, or damaged, within 5 days of the product delivery, then you can initiate a Replacement/Refund in following simple steps: 1. Notify us as soon as possible 2. Click the image of the damaged/wrong product 3. Share that image either via email to firstname.lastname@example.org Our customer service representative will reach out to you within 2 days for verification of the details, after which we will initiate either Replacement or Refund as applicable.
Replacements are done in two easy steps: 1. Pack the item (preferably in Healthybazar packing) 2. Ship the item back to the address provided by our Customer Care representative Once the defective/wrong product is received, the replaced product will be shipped.
Following products shall not be eligible for refund or replacement:
◦ Damages due to misuse of product;
◦ Incidental damage due to manhandling of the product;
◦ Any consumable item which has been used;
◦ Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
Any consumable item (Such as Food items, Oils, Herbs etc.) will not be replaced/refunded after consuming/using it.
Shipping/handling charges and reverse shipping/handling charges will not be refunded. In case of any dispute, HealthyBazar decision will be final.
Refunds may be deposited in you account wallet or will be returned to your bank account within 5 working day from the day you will share your account details (in case HealthyBazar doesn't have it)

If you happen to receive any defective, damaged, or expired product (especially products in glass bottles) you can request a return, replacement, or refund. At HealthyBazar, you can get your product replaced or refund within 7 Working Days from the date of delivery of the product.
For a product that has passed its expiry date or happens to be damaged at the time of delivery, you may raise a request for return/refund/replacement.

If your return/ refund/ replacement request is approved the product needs to be sent back to us (returned)
The product needs to be shipped via INDIA POST, PARCEL services only.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
HealthyBazaar should not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to the product.
After receiving the sealed and unused item in the original packing with a copy of receipt or proof of purchase, we will inspect it and revert to you with the acknowledgment of receipt and the status of the request, i.e. whether the return, replacement or refund is approved or not.
If approved, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
The refund amount will automatically be credited to your original method of payment, within 7 Working Days (depends on the Payment Gateway chosen for purchasing). Customers are supposed to bear shipping/handling and reverse shipping charges as we don't refund the same.
In case of any dispute, HealthyBazar reserves the right to take the final decision.
For replacements or product exchange, time taken may vary depending on the location from where the order was placed.
Kindly note, if only a part of the order is returned for the replacement, the shipping cost will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. That’s shipping cost would be divided by the whole of your order, and then the calculated amount will only be refunded For part-order cancellation, where any coupon discounts are applicable to the entire order.
If the discount is applicable on a minimum amount of purchase and returning the item is reducing the specified amount, then the discount coupon will remain invalid. The discounted price will be deducted from the refund of the part-order canceled.
Returns and replacement shall not be applicable under the following conditions:
1. Since our products are mostly Ayurvedic/Unani Medicines, we do not accept the return or replacement of used products as well as the products with tampered seals. Considering that opened and damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products.
2. Return/Replacement is not allowed on Cash on Delivery (COD) products. Refunds are not applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
3. Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as eatables food items and drinks cannot be returned.
4. HealthyBazar is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
5. Damages due to negligence, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy.
6. Only regular-priced items (with basic discounts) can be refunded. Unfortunately, products on additional discounts cannot be refunded.
7.Undamaged/unexpired products in the rest of the shipment will not be approved for refund.
8. The replacement/ return/ refund of products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers will not be entertained.
