Habb-e-papita is an Unani medicine It act as carminative, laxative and digestive properties. Important Therapeutic Uses of Habbe Papita It improves appetite and digestion. It gives relief in constipation. It prevents gas or bloating. It is a Gastric tonic. Dosage- Take 1-2 pills after every meals with water. Ingredients of Habbe Papita Papita Desi Khushk Carica papaya Linn. Fruit 50 g Zanjabeel Zingiber officinale Rosc., Rhizome 10 g Naushadar Sal Ammoniac Crystal 10 g Namak-e-Sang Rock Salt, Crystal 10 g Filfil Siyah Piper nigrum Linn., Fruit 10 g Method of preparation: Powder all the ingredients separately and pass through the sieve of mesh number 80. Mix the powders as per Formulation composition and make a semi-solid mass by kneading using minimum quantity of purified water. Roll the mass between the fingers to make pill manually to get the pills of 250 mg. Warning and precautions 1- Do not use any medicine during pregnancy without consulting doctor. 2- When taken along with allopathic medicines please do check sugar level after 15 days. The dose of medicines will be adjusted accordingly. 3- It is a highly recommended to measure the blood sugar level at frequent intervals.
