Karutha Gulika (Tablets)

Karutha Gulika is used externally for headache relief. The tablets are rubbed with different liquids and applied to the forehead based on the type of headache:

• For Vataja Shirashoola (Vata-type headache), rub with Tila taila (sesame oil) and apply.
• For Pittaja Shirashoola (Pitta-type headache), rub with ghee and apply.
• For Kaphaja Shirashoola (Kapha-type headache), rub with coconut milk and apply.
