Blend it with other carrier oil in aromatherapy for maximum benefits. Be careful with the mixing ratio; optimum is 1:5, sunflower being 1. It will result in a relaxing, calm mind free of any strain or tension. The antioxidants properties can prevent premature aging and wrinkles while supporting moisture retention. Moreover, it performs better at improving skin hydration and maintaining the skin�s upper layer than olive oil. Also, it can be used as an antiseptic too.
