To study the effects of integrated Yoga on bone mineral density (BMD) in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. An experimental pre-post study was conducted in a community setting. A study of thirty women suffering from postmenopausal osteoporosis who practiced Yoga was statistically analyzed using paired t-tests. Posttraining T-score improvement was found and was concluded Integrated yoga (asanas, pranayama, and suryanamaskar) is a safe mode of physical activity.
