A convenience sample of 20 minority adults diagnosed with either osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis undergoes an 8-week program of yoga classes in a pilot study. The Yoga classes included various Asanas like Savasana, Sitting poses, Standing poses, extended leg poses, Spinal twists, etc. Acceptability is determined by response/retention rates, positive qualitative data, and continuing yoga practice after three months.
