Hamdard Habbe Asgand is a polyherbal Unani medicine. It act as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, analgesic and antipyretic properties. Important Therapeutic Uses of Habbe Asgand 1- It is useful in the treatment of rheumatism, arthritis, gout, lumbago, and joint pain. 2- It gives relief in pain (Musakkin Alam), and swelling in inflammatory condition. 3- It is also given in Nafe Amraz Balghami, and Riyahi (Beneficial in Phlegmatic, and gaseous disease). Dosage- 1 to 2 tablets twice a day with water. Ingredients of Habbe Asgand 1- Asgand (Wiithania somnifera Dunal root) 13gm 2- Moosli safed (Chlorophytum arundinaceum root) 14gm 3- Peeplamool (Piper longum root) 14gm 4- Peepal (Piper longum fruit) 14gm 5- Sataver (Asparagus racemosus root) 13gm 6- Bidhara 13gm 7- Zanjabil (Zingiber officinalis rhizome) 13gm Warning and precautions 1- Do not use any medicine during pregnancy without consulting doctor. 2- When taken along with allopathic medicines please do check sugar level after 15 days. The dose of medicines will be adjusted accordingly. 3- It is a highly recommended to measure the blood sugar level at frequent intervals.
