Baragasha, Murad or Hubul Aas (Common myrtle) – Myrtus communis. Badi Elaichi (Black Cardamom or Nepal Cardamom) – Amomum subulatum. Kulanjan – Alpinia galanga. Shallaki (Salai Guggul) – Boswellia serrata. Laung (Clove) – Syzygium aromaticum. Mastagi Roomi (Mastic Gum) – Pistacia Lentiscus. Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) – Piper nigrum.
