Dashmool is not a single Ayurvedic herb but a mixture of ten ayurvedic medicinal herbs used to treat various ailments. 'Dashmool' means 'ten roots', including five roots from trees and five from shrubs. These include Patala, Gambhari, Brihati, Shalparni, and others.
