  • First you need to understand your current mental status. follow these simple steps:
  • Sit alone at a quite place ask yourself a few questions and note it down - How are you feeling right now? What are the things or thoughts that is bothering you?
  • Read the problems you have written and
  • One by one Tick and Cross the problems you can solve or you can do anything about it.
  • Now Speak louder and feel these wors "My Problems are not bigger than me"
  • This activity will clear your mind about your thoughts and you will feel easy because now things are clear and not clustered.

  • Keep your Home/room clean.

  • Donate old clothes or those things that are not in your use.
  • Practise some self-care regimes like eat clean, do some exercise/yoga, skin care.

Observe your surroundings and look for objects that you can touch, taste, smell, hear, and see.
