Ginger and turmeric are anti-inflammatory foods that can reduce joint pain and promote overall well-being. They also act as antioxidants that decrease oxidative stress, which is a cause for joint degeneration. Stir turmeric and ginger into two cups of water for five minutes, strain and cool the mixture for at least 10 minutes, and then add honey. Take it daily, preferably on an empty stomach.
